In 1945, Francisca Eguren “Pantxika” was the avant-garde of fish grilling at San Sebastián’s dock.
In 1962, her son Sebastián Iraregui went ahead
with “SEBASTIÁN” restaurant’s family tradition.
At a later date, her grandson Luis Iraregui took charge of the local business.
Currently, the establishment is run by her great-grandson Josu who, together with Gema, is in charge of keeping fish and seafood grilling tradition alive,
as well as worship of foods.
